Cost Improvement Management is an organization-wide initiative to manage cost savings in all functional areas of the enterprise.
The training includes all aspects of process mapping, function analysis and change in job task responsibility and reassignment. Depending on the requirements, it also includes examining the product BOM structure and simplification through redesign, change in material specification and assembly methods.
