5S Practitioner

General Description

This (public / in-house) training course will impart real 5S Best Practice in step-by-step approach to ensure every step is thoroughly covered to advance the 5S Phases of Implementation. This course can be conducted in-house for organizations with sufficient participants. Interested individuals or organizations with insufficient participants can sign up for the publicly conducted course.

Detailed Description

Each of the 5S phases, Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke will be taught in clear detail with respect to:

– Workplace organization
– Equipment and tooling
– Production parts and material handling
– Procedure for cleaning and inspection
– Facility identification and proper labeling
– Ownership control
– Promotion of 5S

This course will be taught by a JIPM Certified TPM Industrial Consultant so you can be assured that 5S Workplace Organization is implemented according to the original Japanese approach to achieve real contribution to quality and productivity capacity.

This course is suitable for Supervisors, Engineers and Managers who are responsible for executing 5S improvements in their work areas.
