Equipment Loss Analysis
There are many types of equipment losses during production. Engineers and supervisors must know how to measure them so that they can take appropriate corrective actions.
In the production of goods and services, it is important to understand how equipment performance and production performance are calculated. Managers, supervisors and engineers must have a thorough knowledge to interpret these key performance indicators which reveal underlying technical and operational issues. Participants will be taught how to select equipment for measurement and the parameters of performance calculation.
Participants will also learn about how to configure the engineered cycle time correctly to prevent abuse in performance measurement. The training also provides a systematic analysis of the losses to identify functional responsibility to redress the loss issue.
Information on Enrollment
This training is suitable for managers, engineers, supervisors and analysts who are involved in designing, measuring and tracking the operational performance of manufacturing and service operations.
