KPI Performance Measurement provides many measurements to help the participants understand and relate performance to the KPI.

Detailed Description

KPIs are either leading or lagging indicators. Leading indicators can help to predict the possibility of certain outcomes while lagging indicators are final indicators of past performance outcome. In this course, the participants will work on the process to establish many useful leading indicators and how they can be used to improve operation management.

Participants will also work on how they can implement a system to measure lagging indicators.
