Six Sigma Green Belt

General Description

Six Sigma Green Belt training is provided to those who are able to be involved in the observation of the process under investigation and take all forms of quality corrective actions to improve the capability of the process.

Detailed Description

The Green Belts would undergo basic training in Six Sigma to conduct data collection, measure the process, analyze the process control charts, interpret the process control charts, take corrective actions to adjust the process and implement process control. The curriculum can be customized to fit the needs of the organization. Green Belt candidates are also guided on how to conduct a quality improvement project covering the DMAIC approach. The Green Belt Certification is presented to candidates who successfully completed a Quality Project.
